1. No Smoking: Casa Hotels is a smoke-free zone. A $300 cleaning fee applies if this policy is violated. We also prohibit vaping, marijuana, and strong-smelling oils inside the building. There's a designated smoking area outside. A maximum of $1,000 smoking fine will be charged. 

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out might be available based on availability, for an extra $25.00. 

3. Guest Registration: We need your contact info for reservations. Everyone staying in the room should be registered. 

4. Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. 

5. Rates: Rates are in Canadian dollars, subject to change, and based on room type and availability. 

6. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating our policies or disturbing other guests' peace. 

7. Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise between 11 PM and 9 AM. 

8. Visitors: Visitors are welcome until 11 PM, accompanied by a registered guest. 

9. Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund if done 24 hours before the check-in time at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in, a 0% refund, will be issued. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the 24-hour window, and the full cost of your reservation will be charged for a no-show. 

10. Maximum Occupancy: Room occupancy is based on fire safety regulations. 

11. Room Codes: Keep your room code private and please don't share it. 

12. Housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned between 11 AM and 4 PM. Smoking or bringing prohibited items will result in fines or eviction. 

13. Lost & Found: Contact us if you've misplaced something during your stay. 

14. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol should be consumed in your room. Special event alcohol is for guests 19 years or older.
